Residency is restricted by age and income:

Applicants must be 62 years of age, or older (if a married couple, at least one spouse must be 62 or older) and meet the following income criteria:

Applicants for Annex II, Wings II, and Manor buildings must have a gross annual income of $26,400 or less for one person, or $30,150 or less for two persons. Rent is based on 30% of income.

Applicants for the Villas must have a gross annual income of $42,200 or less for one person, or $48,250 or less for two persons. Rental amounts are currently $519 per month up to $609 per month.

The apartments are one-bedroom units, with full kitchens, for independent seniors. Other admission requirements must be met. Location: Mayslake Village Campus
