Residency is restricted by age and income:
Age Limit: Applicants must be 62 years of age, or older, unless a married couple. Only one
spouse needs be 62 or older.
Income Limits: For Annex II, Manor and Wings II: $26,550 for one person; $30,350 for two
persons. For Center and Villas: $42,500 for one person; $48,550 for two persons.
Rents: Annex II and Wings II rents are based on 30% of income; a $49 electric allowance is
provided. Manor rents are based on 30% of income; all utilities are included. Center rents range
from $581 to $600; all utilities included. Villas rents range from $573 to $663; all utilities
included.
The apartments are one-bedroom units, with full kitchens, for independent seniors. Other
admission requirements must be met. Location: Mayslake Village Campus
