The one and two bedroom Cloister apartments have all living space on one level. The three bedroom Cloister is a two story apartment with all bedrooms and the full bath upstairs. There is space in the utility closet for a stackable washer and dryer in the one and two bedroom apartments, and space for a full size washer and dryer in some of the three bedroom apartments. Manor

Although these apartments have the largest square footage in the subsidized portion of the Village, they are approximately a city block from the services at Mayslake. There is an enclosed walkway from the Manor which residents use to reach the Administrative offices, activities, dining, the Chapel, banking, nursing services, and more. The laundry room is on the third floor of the Manor building. |
Villas

| These are two story buildings with apartments on the first or second floor. Each apartment has an outside individual entrance. Residents on the first floor have a patio and those on the second floor have a balcony. The laundry facility and the mail room are on the first floor. There are stairs to the second floor, and a set of stairs on the walk to the Administrative offices, activities, dining, the Chapel, banking, nursing services, etc. There is an outside walk of approximately one and a half city blocks from these buildings to the services at Mayslake. | |
