This is a two-story building with apartments on the first or second floor. Each apartment has an outside, individual entrance.

Residents on the first floor have a patio and those on the second floor have a balcony. These units are equipped with a galley kitchen. The laundry facility is located on the first floor. Enclosed stairwells, an elevator, and a partially enclosed walkway are available to accommodate the walk of approximately one and a half city blocks to the Administrative offices, Chapel, activities, dining room, banking, Wellness Center, social services, etc.
