These townhouse style apartments are located at the edge of the Mayslake property. This does mean they are the furthest away from the services offered at Mayslake. The one and two bedroom Cloister apartments have all living space on one level.

The three bedroom Cloister is a two story apartment with all bedrooms and the full bath upstairs. There is space in the utility closet for a stackable washer and dryer in the one and two bedroom apartments, and space for a full size washer and dryer in some of the three bedroom apartments. Others have a larger second bedroom with space for a stackable washer and dryer.
